Run For Lives

Harlow, is me with my new blog post~~
Again, I make it in the middle of the night… it is hard to ditch ur bad habit right??
Since I have the sudden urge to blog, I browse through my album and ya, let make it from the start.

“Run for Lives”

I still remembered I was so excited the moment I heard about this event
The video on “Run for Lives” looked extremely fun
I quickly tagged my friends and sisters to join, and they were so steady to say ok immediately

I was so looking forward until The day before the run, I had my zombie makeover

Slept over at my bestie house and departed together in the morning (full with expectations) 

I guess everyone did, so many participants ~~

I and my bro looked so happy as we had a lot of fun during Color Run by CIMB
But u know, smtm u gotta hold urself back,
The higher the expectation, the bigger the disappointment

After registered, we went for ZOMBIE TRANSFORMATION CENTER~~~

All of us have our makeup on by the crews. It was so fast, like 2-5minutes?? because they worked as a team.. and tadaaaa~~~ HERE WE ARE

 I was so glad that my makeup was the lightest one hahahaha

My bestie, u cannot imagine how fair she is with this zombie transformation
taking pic besides her makes me fat T.T because she is soooooo slimmmm <3<3 ouch

Honestly, when i viewed the pics, i laughed so hard because we look like beggars more than the zombies.. dont you think so??

but our happiness and expectation seemed like having a full stop there..
other than taking pics, we just kept on waiting UNDER the HOT sun,


I and my gang were in 9.30 am wave, but dragged to around 10.30-11am
And it was scorching hot tat day, the same time, the event was held at a place without any shade, so imagine how terrible it is with the makeup and sweat mixing all together. We felt so sticky

And finally we moved, and once again we got so excited, that we walked like a zombie, selfie, groufie and wefie..

We couldn’t wait for the survivors to be released so that we can hunt after them~~

In fact there were like 8 stations, and we, the zombie only allowed to stay at ONE station, waiting for the survivors.. and we gotta snatch the flags from the survivors when they came..

See~~~ we are pretty strong ~~

We were quite into the game at the beginning and tried our best to get the flags

but so many ppl injured during the game, i am sorry to say that the mgmt was really poor that they didn’t arrange in advance which stations we should stay, and no new batch of zombies to take over that I felt we acted more like a free-crew than a participant. Plus, the stations were not properly set that many participants got hurt quite badly. Imagine we paid for about rm80-rm100 perperson, not to mention the response was so high. I believe they have enough of money for all these. 

Anyway, It was still memorable and fun. And I guess the main reason we felt frustrated was becz of the weather. So I guess evening session enjoyed it a lot.
